I asked for twin room and it was great-sized and beautifully maintained with clean towels. This hotel was set in a central area not far from a taxi and the night life.

Its personnel was accommodating and superfriendly, nothing too much trouble. Marvellous and lovely location to the beach & bars&resturants was a plus. I randomly popped in Jeso Sabor serving some pastries, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, it was nice.

The twin room was decent sized and new-fashioned, with a balcony, a safe box, and Wi-Fi. The hotel was situated in the very central location comforable close to everything super run.

The hotel's position was amazing near restaurants and bars. There were several bars and restaurants nearby.

My room had not so great view.

Overall, it's excellent base for exploring Benidorm attractions. Make sure to get twin room with a kettle as well as fridge. The staff are especially helpful and the location is peaceful in 50 minutes from the airport. A nice touch is also the strong beverages in the tapas bar. This is a hotel go-to for Benidorm!

The room we had included climate control and WiFi. The location in the heart of Benidorm was absolutely perfect.

Clean place with pleasant and very welcoming staff. Extremely clean building and airy rooms on upper floors. Great and incredible location in benidorm old town and easy access to a market and shops. Besides, excellent for visiting El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm.

The twin room I got was complete with new showers and a balcony.

Had a really really nice stay with my family, we spent 3 nights here, everything was perfect. The location was excellent, in a nice quiet area, in the residential area.

The staff was friendly efficient and the place was reasonably clean. I was happy, the twin room I booked came with coffee, new showers, a balcony. The location was peaceful and handy as it was near restaurants and bars. Hotel's food was fabulous and there is The Four Seasons close by.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and it's own balcony, air conditioner, and Wi-Fi. Quiet bedroom, marvellous location. Centrally located in the tourist area.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were tidy and had air conditioning. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops, cafes, and bars. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more variety or better quality options.
